What does the tour include?
Tours typically last about an hour and include visits to living spaces, dining areas, activity rooms, and outdoor areas. You'll meet staff members and have the opportunity to ask questions. We serve refreshments and encourage you to bring family members. Tours can be scheduled at times convenient for you.
How does the extended visit program work?
The extended visit allows you to experience daily life here for one to three weeks. You'll have a comfortable room, participate in meals and activities, and get to know other residents. This helps people make informed decisions based on actual experience rather than just a tour. Family members are welcome to visit during your stay.
What's included in the monthly residence package?
The monthly package includes your private apartment, three meals daily, regular housekeeping, and access to all scheduled activities and community spaces. Utilities and basic maintenance are covered. Additional services can be arranged based on individual preferences and needs.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes, many residents bring personal furniture and decorations to make their apartment feel like home. Apartments come with basic furnishings, but you're welcome to add or replace items to suit your taste. We're happy to discuss specific arrangements during your visit.
How often can family members visit?
Family members are welcome to visit at reasonable hours throughout the week. Many families establish regular visiting patterns, and we encourage this. Visitors can join residents for meals or activities with advance notice. We want family connections to remain strong.
